Dear All,
In my organization a user have a problem, they are unable to delete emails from Deleted Items folder nor from Outlook 2007 nor from OWA.
The messages are very small (few KB) so I think it's not a problem of messages dimension. The user can move the messages from a folder to another (from Deleted Items to Drafts or to another folder and viceversa) but no way to delete permanently these messages.
Outlook runs on Remote Desktop Server so I can't put it in Cached Mode.
Error Message:"some items cannot be deleted. They were either moved or already deleted, or access was denied "
Environment:
- Exchange 2010 with SP1 update rollup 4-v2
- 2 Server Box Installation
- Mailbox Clustered (DAG)
- HUB & CAS (NLB)
- Incoming message size 50MB
- Send Connectors Message Size: 50MB
- User Client (Outlook 2007 with Latest Updates)
Any IDEA??
