Setting up Outlook Anywhere for Exchange 2007

Hi,

I have setup Outlook Anywhere on our Exchange 2007 server by following this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123889%28d=printer,v=exchg.80%29.aspx

I also purchased an SSL cert for this server and it's setup in IIS.  We also have a public DNS record created.  We are allowing port 443 to our Exchange server and we see traffic pass the firewall to the server, but we aren't able to connect to Outlook Anywhere.  It says "The name cannot be resolved.  The connection to the Microsoft Exchange us unavailable,  Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."
