I have a question regarding the operation of Outlook 2013 (Subscription Home Premium).
I am experiencing two issues with Outlook 2013 and they are as follows:
(1) 90% of the time, I receive the error message "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed." I receive this message most of the time; however, on a random occasion, Outlook will open and work perfectly with Exchange.
(2) Outlook 2013 (Home Premium takes a long time to load) whether it's an error message or actually works properly.
ATTEMPTED SOLUTIONS:
*Reconfigured the profile and mail settings multiple times
*Microsoft Tech Support (phone) was not able to resolve the issue
*resetnavpane did not work
*Formatted hard drive and re-installed everything (did not work)
*%appdata%\Microsoft\Outlook was tried but did not work
*Compatability mode re-set/tested
BASIC INFORMATION
*Outlook 2013 - Subscription - Home Premium
*Exchange 2010
*Windows 8 - 32Bit
REQUEST:
I am at a lost as to how to remedy this --- It is very frustrating because Outlook is necessary for work but very inconsistent. Please help.
