I have an iCal feed that I am wanting people to be able to add to their Outlook. If they add the feed via the Outlook Client, it is added with
no problem. If I try to add it via the web interface into Outlook, the entries never appear on the calendar. Unfortunately, not everyone uses the Outlook application, so I need the web version of Outlook to be able to accept and process the iCal
feed.
Since the iCal feed works in Outlook Client application, I am assuming that this issue is either related to the web app, or the way that I am adding the iCal feed to the web app. Here are the steps that I am taking to add the iCal feed via
the web interface.
1) Sign in to my Outlook account via the web.
2) Navigate to the Calendar.
3) Right Click on Other Calendars
4) Select Add Calendar
5) Select Calendar from the Internet
6) Specify the URL, beginning with webcal://
7) Click OK.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
Does anyone know of a solution?
