Urgent - some emails still going to old mailbox after migration to Office365

Hello, I recently changed all my Email Accounts to Microsoft Exchange Server.

Previously they were pop accounts and I just set them all up as new accounts, importing the .pst file.

90-95% of my emails are all going to my new Exchange Account server, but the odd random email I am not getting and it is going to my old POP account that is still there.  The email adress is exactly the same.

Any idea why this is?

Does it take time to fully transfer?

If I shut my Old Pop account, will that fix it?  I fear if I do this, those emails might go missing or I would hope that it pushes them towards the new exchange server I have setup.
