We are seeing an issue with one domain where the users are seeing duplicate calendar reminder notices only in OWA 2013. OWA will seem to pick one or two calendar entries and show between 4 and 8 reminders per calendar entry. We have confirmed
that only one calendar entry exists. This issue does not occur in any version of Outlook or on mobile devices. If the reminders are dismissed, OWA will then pick another appointment and display multiple reminders for that. It takes anywhere
between an hour and a day for the new reminders to pop up. At first we thought this was only occurring for imported appointment, but it is now happening with new appointments.
