I have an issue with an end user, she has a shared mailbox added to her own mailbox
when browsing in a folder on the shared mailbox she can only see 4 emails
when we open outlook with the shared mailbox profile, there are many more emails in that particular folder
it basically is not syncing to what it actually should be
here are some things i have tried:
new windows profile
new outlook profile
new OST
removed and re-added the shared mailbox
removed and re-added exchange cached mode and shared folder mode
outlook repair
outlook re-install
short of re-imaging her machine i am not sure what else to try!
