Outlook Anywhere does not show sent items folder?

Hi,

I have a user who cannot see there sent items folder in outlook anywhere, but is displays fine in outlook 2013 without any issue.

I noticed this only because whilst they were working on the train and sending emails (whilst they had no connection), there emails moved to the sent items folder but did not send. To note: they have since sent items and all is working fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
