Can Not See Free Busy Time Information.

Hi all,

Hope that someone can help me.

I have an account which does not have its own mailbox on our exchange 2010 server. I have however given them full access permission to another mailbox and when setting up the outlook client I told the client to open this mailbox.

This works great except the client is not able to see free / busy information when trying to plan meetings. I just get "No Information", "No free/busy information could be retrieved.", "Your server location could not be determined. Contact your administrator".

Could this have something to do with the fact the user does not have a mailbox of their on on the exchange server.

If anyone can help me fix this issue or suggest a better way to do this. The clients involved are outlook 2010 and the server is Exchange 2010

Hoping you cant help.

Thanks, Stuart
