With Outlook 2010 I would like to continue to download all my email down to my laptop all the time. Since I travel a great deal having the Inbox local along with storage of associated folders is ideal. The problem is that this treats the local pst file,
laptop.pst, as the default location including the Calendar. Given I need to have my calendar up on Exchange for all my team members this creates an annoying problem.
The problem: Invitations shows up in the local calendar associated with laptop.pst
I would like invitations to show up on the Exchange server only and ideally only have that as a Calendar. Since the laptop.pst is designated as default I can't delete the associated and undesired local Calendar.
I do not view dragging and copying events from the local Calendar to the Exchange calendar as a solution
Thanks,
Frank
