Several users are experiencing the following problem. (outlook 2010, exchange 2010)
To create a new mail in outlook 2010, a user goes to the sent folder, opens the email that they have sent previously (successfully) and clicks file and resend or recall and then resend. They retype the recipient and remove the attachment and insert a different attachment. Then they hit send.
In several cases (depending on the recipient address), the mail is returned by the exchange server saying (this is translation to english from our local language, so it may not be the exact english version):
Delivery to the following recipients was not successful:
theemail@address.com
It is not possible to send mail on behalf of this user if you do not have necessary permissions. Please check whether you are sending the email on behalf of the correct user or ask for permissions. If the problems continue, contact the helpdesk.

I cannot even find this message in the message tracking of the exchange server.
Can someone explain what is going on?
Thank you
