We have a user who regularly sees "Outlook Not Responding" in the title bar and the application freezes up for approx one minute (Outlook 2007 SP3, Exchange 2003 on back end.) This can be the result of doing nothing more than opening or deleting a message. We've tried things such as using cached Exchange mode to no avail, also tried running the Office diagnostic tool but have been unable to resolve the issue. I realize this may be a challenging issue to resolve and wondering where to look next for a solution.
