We are running Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2010. For our physical clients, we use cached exchange mode and searching for emails is not an issue. However, in our virtual desktop environment, we do not use cached exchange mode, and when we try to search emails, we do not get the expected results. I can clearly see emails are missing from the results.
If I try the search using Outlook Web Access, I also do not see the expected emails.
Any ideas? This is frustrating
