We are using Exchange Server 2003 and a 2 Users reported the below issue.
User Mailbox is set to Issue Warning at 450 MB and Prohibit Sent at 500 MB on Database level.
Now user mailbox is more than 500 MB, but User is able to send the email ( It is not staying in Outbox) but using is receiving an undelivered report something like user could not submit the message because of the mailbox size exceeded the configured limit.
Please advise why the emails are not staying in outbox while the user mailbox reaches the Prohibit sent at limit. and how to fix it. I change the settings to apply on mailbox butting no changes.
