Exchange 2013 Scanner Sending Mail Problem

My setup

Server01: Server 2012 + Exchange 2013 Standard (MBX+CAS)

Server02 Server 2012 + Exchange 2013 Standard (MBX+CAS)

DAG enabled

I got a problem with Printers/Scanners that send Mail through my Exchange enviorment.

when they have attachments like .PDF and send it to others, like my testuser@test.se I don't see the Attachment, insted I see a bunch of random text. I think in some way the .PDF have been changed to text..........

How can I fix this? someone that have been experiensing the same issue?
