Additional Mailbox Rules not showing (duplicating from default mailbox)

Hi,

I have 2 exchange mailboxes in Outlook 2010, the default is my personal account, the secondary is a shared mailbox.

Whenever I restart or shut down my PC, upon restart my additional mailbox seems to stop working.

Previously, it used to stop sending from the secondary mailbox if I click new email when in that particular mailbox. I tried and searched everything and everywhere and everytime I rebooted or shutdown, I just to go into Control Panel > Mail > Email accounts and constantly do a repair on the mailbox about 10-15 times then it worked ok until the next reboot or shutdown of my PC.

Additional to this, emails also used to get stuck in the Outbox unless I did the repair several times to fix it, but I did find a registry change which has fixed this since.

My problem now is, yesterday when I went to Manage rules and alerts, I get a drop down with the 2 accounts, which I can see both account rules and switch on and off from the secondary mailbox.

Today, After I rebooted yesterday, when I select the rules and alerts for the second mailbox, all I see are the rules for my own personal mailbox, whichever account I select, all I see is my own rules. I've done a repair several times, but it's not fixed it, neither has searching for the same issue brought back any results.

Does anyone have any advice please? It seems to be a very annoying bug in Outlook.
