Rules in Outlook 2010 not working

We are running Outlook 2010 with Exchange Server 2010. We recently changed our default domain so I am trying to get a list of emails that were sent to my old domain so I can advise them of my new one. First I though to create a custom search using the advanced where the to was sam@oldomain.com While this did bring up some results I found that where the sender had me as a contact even with the email address in the header, the search would not find those because the to was "Sam"

So I decided to use the Rules to assign these to a Category and then I could sort by category. So I created a simple Rule where sam@olddomain.com was contained in the Received email address.

While it looks like the rule is proccessing, nothing actuall happened. I actually sent a test email using that old email so that I can see it in my inbox on top and then ran the rule manually but it did NOT assign a category. No error messages. Searched the web but most people reported that they had issues with the rules running automatically but that manually it worked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
