We have activated Exchange 2010 archives for all users but most of them are not showing up in their Outlook, but everyone can see them in OWA.
Office 2010 Standard - MAK licenses, 2 distinct keys
Majority of systems are Windows XP, some Vista and 7.
Through testing it seems to be a system problem. Using 3 test accounts I log onto various systems, some freshly reimaged, some pre-existing. The test account profiles were new to each system. Sometimes the archive folder would appear, sometimes it wouldn't, but it was consistent per computer. Meaning that if the folder didn't appear for 1 person, it didn't show up for anyone on that specific computer.
Anybody know how to fix this? Am I missing a setting or registry key somewhere?
