Outlook 2013 and 365 accoutns: some mails won't send

Dear community,

I've tried finding other topics that address this issue, but so far havn't found any with the exact same problem.

The issue is this: All of my e-mails, after some time, get stuck in the outbox folder of Outlook. Restarting outlook solves the issue by sends all outbox e-mails (however, this is a cumbersome stop-gap).

After some time, the mails get stuck in the outbox again.

- I recently upgraded Office 2010 to office 2013, hoping to resolve the issue (which it didn't)
- I run have three different exchange 365 profiles, the issue occurs with all three profiles
- I have tried rebooting windows in safe-mode, starting outlook in safe-mode and turning off all plug-ins.

-The send and recieve dialog box does not show any errors, it just seems to stop doing anything whilst showing a full progress bar.

The issue occured spontaneously, or in any case I cannot remember the intervention that led to the problem.

Any idea's on how to approach or solve the issue?

Thanks in advance for the time and effort,

Tijmen
