Hi,
Question is on a shared calendar in Public folders using Outlook 2010.
We routinely categorized and color coded events on the calendar for easy reference. In our previous version of Windows, (Windows XP and Outlook 2003) if one person chose a category/color code, all could see it.
With Outlook 2010, it seems that only the person who does the coding sees it or, at least, that not everyone can see it.
So how do we categorize/color code shared calendars in Outlook 2010 for all to see?
