Our Outlook 2010 open the following mailbox in one mail profile:
- User Mailbox in Exchange Online
- Shared Calendar in On Premise Exchange 2010 server
- Marketing email in On Premise Exchange 2010 server
User Mailbox and Market email are in the same email domain (example, @abc.com)
In On Premise Exchange 2010 server, the user permission is granted right to Shared Calendar & Marketing email by add their corresponding security group to the Full Access Permission.
Recently, our users complaint they cannot open the Marketing email and Shared Calendar. The outlook said they don't have permission to open.
They can open their user mailbox with no problem.
We had tested that when we created another mail profile with the below mailbox:
- Marketing email in On Premise Exchange 2010 server
- Shared Calendar in On Premise Exchange 2010 server
Then, the user can open both Marketing email and Shared Calendar without problem.
How can we setup to fix the above issue?
