Did we loose the ability to create Personal Contact Lists (Personal Distribution Lists) in Exchange OWA 2013? Neither me nor any of my users can create groups in our personal contact lists in OWA 2013. When we go to the people page, there is a section that says "groups" and it will list all the personal groups that were set up in Outlook however, we have some users that do not use the outlook client and work entirely from OWA. Some of them also need the ability to create personal contact groups.
There is only one button for adding anything to the contact lists in OWA and it creates single contacts only, not groups.
Is there a hidden setting or something hidden somewhere that dis-allows OWA contact group creation? I know you could create them in earlier versions of OWA (2010, 2007... etc).
