Message Sent As Delegate stays in the Outbox

Sending a email using 'Send As' works fine from Outlook Web App but when done in Outlook it just sits in the Outbox.

We are using Exchange 2013 and Outlook 2013.  This works from Outlook 2010..  

Any Idea's
