Outlook 2010 Conditional Formatting - Color coded e-mails

Hello, this my first time posting on this forum.

I'm trying to configure an employee's Outlook to have 2 conditional settings. 1 to assign a color and font to e-mails sent TO her (Whether she is CC'ed or not) and another for a distribution group she is part of, to also have a different color.

What I already tried ( View tab>View Settings>Conditional Formatting) :

For the first Condition; For e-mails sent TO her, I simply checked "Where I am" and "on the To line with other people". Arial Font, Blue size 9.

For the second condition; For the distribution group, I entered the group's e-mail address in the From field and that's it.

I tried this on my own Outlook profile on my work computer and it worked. E-mails sent TO me or where i'm CC'ed come in the color and font I chose, and the e-mail sent to the distribution group i'm part of come in a different color. The rest stays as default.

In her case it does either 1 or the other, not both conditions. Other co-workers of hers have the exact same conditions she needs and they have no issues. They have the condition set for the same  distributiongroup as they work in the same department.
