Our management team have their calendars managed by our secretaries

The management team do not like appointments being booked from their accounts as they do not want to see the responses from the appointment requests

Subsequently the secretaries own diaries become full of their managers appointments as they are booking them from their own accounts which makes their own diaries unusable

How would you handle this scenario?
