I keep getting the error message "Cannot open the item for this reminder. The end date you entered occurs before the start date" The item doesn't even exist. How can I delete it.

I keep getting the error message "Cannot open the item for this reminder. The end date you entered occurs before the start date" The item doesn't even exist. How can I delete it. I am not very good at computers, and this is been a problem for quite a while.
