I have been made an owner of my boss' calendar. However, when she adds an appointment to her calendar I don't know about it unless she tells me or I try to locate them -- both of which are less than satisfactory. What I need is for when she adds something to her calendar that I would receive a popup, an email, something so I could make sure she has all the resources she needs for the meeting, etc. We use Microsoft Exchange. I've looked but haven't been able to find an answer to this question.
