Hello
I am part way through a migration to Office 365. I have a single test account on O365 and my original exchange is hosted 2007 from a different supplier.
On the original supplier I have an alias for the test account on O365 so mail is accepted, there is a rule in place to redirect all mail to the onmicrosoft.com address so that mail is in both accounts
the problem is that other recipients are stripped from the redirected mail so a mail always appears to come from a single user
the rule is as follows......
Apply this rule after the message arrivesand where my name is in the To box
and sent only to me
and where my name is in the Cc box
and where my name is in the To or Cc box
and where my name is not in the To box
and from
and sent to
and with in the sender's address
and with in the subject
and with in the body
and with in the subject or body
and with in the message header
and marked with
and marked with
and which is an Out of Office auto-reply
and which has an attachment
and with a size
and received
and which is a meeting invitation or update
and have the server reply by using < >
and mark it as
and forward it to
and redirect it to me@subdomain.onmicrosoft.com
and forward it to as an attachment
and move it to the folder
and copy it to the folder
and delete it
or except if my name is in the To box
or except if it is sent only to me
or except if my name is in the Cc box
or except if my name is not in the To box
or except if my name is in the To or Cc box
or except if from
or except if sent to
or except with in the sender's address
or except with in the subject
or except with in the body
or except with in the subject or body
or except with in the message header
or except if marked with
or except if marked with
or except if it is an Out of Office auto-reply
or except if it has an attachment
or except if it has a size
or except if it is received
or except if it is a meeting invitation or update
and stop processing more rules
any help is greatly appreciated, thanks for reading
