Outlook not connecting with Outlook Anywhere SBS2011

Hi

Currently OWA and Outlook internally works just fine. I am receiving the following error when testing Outlook Anywhere using https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com:

Store logon returned ecRpcHttpDisallowed 1248. RPC/HTTP connections are prohibited for this mailbox

When configuring client side Outlook Anywhere, it resolves the AD account just fine, only when opening Outlook do I receive the following error:

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance.

I'm using a single domain Geotrust cert for exchange.

Any assistance will be appreciated,
