Hello,
I have one user in the office that is showing disconnected in Outlook. I have reset the password and restarted Outlook and the PC. She is able to access OWA and can send receive e-mails from there.
I tried adding her account to my Outlook and am unable to. I get green checks and am asked to restart. After restarting Outlook I get an error stating the connection to exchange is unavailable. I check ok and get another box asking me to check the names.
