Hi All,
We have got an unusual problem with our meeting room bookings (Room Mailbox) Exchange 2010.
Users can book reoccurring meetings (no end date) even though the settings on the resource policy is set to 180 days. We have not specified any users in the out of policy section.
I have also noticed that if I do book a meeting room (new meeting request) through (Day, Work week, Week and Month view) in Outlook 2010 the To and Location fields does not populate automatically with the room resource name. This way I can book the room with no end date.
However, if I book the same meeting room in (Schedule view) in Outlook, the name of the resource meeting room does populate automatically and when I submit the request I get a message saying that my meeting request was declined because I did not specify an end date.
Has anyone come across this issue before?
Thanks for your help
