Shared Mailbox- Folder disappears after being moved into another folder

We decided to go with Shared Mailboxes by creating a user and mailbox and give employees full access permission and send as permission to these mailboxes and its worked rather well.  

The only problem we currently have is when you move a subfolder from under the inbox shared mailbox to another subfolder the folder being moved vanishes from Outlook.  I have to login under the shared mailbox login id using OWA where I can find and move the folder back out of the subfolder.  90% of the time this fixes it, but sometimes it never comes back at all in outlook and usually I resort to recreating the folder.

I figure it's got to be something with the permissions of the subfolder and it only happens with the shared mailbox.

The really strange thing is if you move another folder into the same subfolder the previously moved folder will reappear. I created a folder named Test3 and moved it into the folder Test making the folder Test2 appear and the folder Test3 vanishes.

I told the users not to move the folders in the shared mailboxes, but most of the time this happens by accident.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
