Very new to smart phones.....
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and as per other posts cannot sync with microsoft exchange acvtivesync. It is a corporate email which I have checked and does not seem to have any administration rules that should affect connection.
I can log on through my desktop and via the internet through my phone via webmail.company.com/owa so I know my details are correct!
I enter the follwoing info when trying active sync:
Domain\username - PRODUCTION\"myusername"
Password - "mypassword"
Exchange Server - webmail.mycompany.com (also tried m.outlook.com & @mycompany.com)
Use secure connection (SSL) - Check
Get differing error with each change - username/password incorrect, cannot connect to server. Once it said retrieving account info just to dissapoint with another error.
I have set up my hotmail account without issue and starting to fell like a complete F#$&wit >: (
