I have converted a Shared Mailbox to a Regular User Mailbox. But When the user is logged in to OWA they are not able to view/set any Inbox rules under the Organize E-Mail Options. If I go to the Exchange 2010 server that the mailbox resides, I can run
New-InboxRule and can set a rule, and I can run Get-InboxRule and see that a rule was stored. Is there any way to restore the Inbox Rules function in OWA? Currently I am running Exchange 2010 SP2.
