I have setup auto archive on a specific folder (Deleted Items) for a user running Outlook 2010 on 32-bit Windows XP Pro. I have this folder (Deleted Items) configured on it's own. No other folders are setup for auto archive. Outlook works fine but it isn't running the auto archive that I setup. I keep checking his path at c:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\ for the pst file that I specified but it never shows up. The pst file should show up in this location even if little to no emails are actually archived. I set it up 2 days ago. How long does it take it to run for the first time?
I can't see what I am doing wrong. thanks for any help.
