Ok, got a weird one here. I have a few scattered users that have had issues connecting to Exchange 2010 from Outlook 2010. They can all access OWA fine, just not with Outlook. This is after Outlook has already been working for some time, it just loses connection after something gets corrupted.
When the issue occurs, the user cannot connect from any PC. Even with new profiles on each PC, nothing. In my troubleshooting, using the same PC that could not connect, I can connect fine with my profile. To test further, I added the mailbox in question as an additional mailbox to my profile, and I can open and view the mail just fine. This would indicate to me that it is related to the AD account, not Outlook or the exchange server or any connectivity issues between outlook and exchange. I also used testexchangeconnectivity and all was good. Cached mode or not cached mode, RPC or not RPC does not make a difference. I even went and added the AD account as Full Control on the mailbox, but no joy.
Any tips on how to correct or troubleshoot further would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
