I work for a company that uses a program that can automatically create tickets for jobs when it receives an email and for sake of consistency and ease of us for our customers, we have a separate support email address for them to
email. I want to have those emails sent to our support email on Outlook through our Exchange server to be sent to our program's address which is a different domain. They must be redirected, not forwarded, so that the tickets are made correctly. To make it a little easier to visualize, if a customer were to email account A, I want that email to go to account B without changing any information at all from the original email as if the customer had just sent the email to account B.
