Users that have their mailbox located on MailboxServer1, whenever they try to access the global address list from their outlook 2010 client it just hangs outlook for a long time. Outlook has to be forced closed to continue. GAL works for the
user in OWA. Move the Users mailbox from MailboxServer1 to MailboxServer2, and this problem goes away. Move it back to MailboxServer1, the problem comes back. Outlook is running in Cached mode, although have tried to run in online mode,
same issues persist. compared settings on both mailboxserver and I cannot find any differences that would apply.
