Exchange 2010 SP1 - Employee with changed username cannot change password in OWA

Hello,

I'm running Exchange 2010 SP1 configured for users to change their passwords through OWA. All users can currently change their passwords in OWA save one employee that was married recently and had their account name changed. All account settings in AD and Exchange for this employee are set to use the new account name. However, when the employee logs in with the new username and then goes to change their password in OWA the domain\username is listed as the old account and this person is unable to change their password.

So far I've tried bouncing IIS, disabling/enabling the OWA feature on the employees account, dumping through ADSIedit to try and find this value pointing to the old account(no dice yet).

Next two things I want to try-

-Reset the owa virtual directory

-Export the users mailbox to a PST, delete the mailbox, recreate mailbox, and import PST.

Both of these seem a bit drastic especially if there is a cached value somewhere that can be easily changed. If anyone has any advice or has been through this before I'd appreciate the response.

Thanks!
