Alternate mailbox: Logon Network Security

I have a bunch of users that don't have mailboxes, but are scripted to have a mailbox load when they open outlook.  All worked fine with Exchange 2010, but it's not working in 2013.  The only way it will work is if logon network security is set to anonymous (see below).  I can't seem to find any GPO setting or anything to make that happen when they load their profile, and I can't go around to 100+ people who work various shifts to manually set this for them.  Anyone know a way to do this?

Additional Info:  They're logging onto the computers with an alternate domain, so DOMAIN2\username instead of DOMAIN1\username.  It's using name mappings in their AD account to link them.  There's definitely some kerberos issue going on that it's not passing along this info, but since I know changing the logon network security works, I'll do that until I can figure out the bigger issue.
