I have a strange situation, a company has an EXCHANGE SERVER 2003 that has a public folder for contacts, so that everybody will have the same basic
contacts data. Somtimes it happans that some users can't see the public folder although all sevices in the server are working, and other users don't have this problem. What i do is to create a new outlook account (through control pannel->mail) and
since they use chached folders it goes back to normal. What causes this problem? After all there is no change in the deffinitions between the old account and the new one?
