Scenario: Person sets up a recurring meeting in a Room and is sent a declined email due to conflicts. Person doesn't see or forgets about declined email. Even though the meeting was declined the event is put onto the users calendar and meeting requests
are sent out to invitees. Invitees accept and event is added to their calendar also. So at this point we have a bunch of people in agreement to have a meeting at such place, but unfortunately they'll eventually run into that conflict. Is there a way to keep
the event from going onto a user's calendar or sending out invites if a conflict occurs?
