Outlook 2010 install on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit with Exchange 2007 w/ SP3 in the back end. Admin lady who handles all shipping stuff gets an e-mail from FedEx with a link to click to track a package. When the link is clicked, the following error message ensues:
Microsoft Office has identified a potential security Concern. This location maybe be unsafe.
If I click on "Yes" to continue, the Internet Explorer window flashes open for a millisecond, closes then display the error "Unable to download. Unspecified Error." I've already searched the web and added the DisableHyperlinkWarning REG_DWORD key into HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Security plus HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\Security. Both are set to the value of 1. But the error isn't going away. I've also added both https://*.fedex.com and http://*.fedex.com into Trust Sites list with Trusted Sites security set to Low in IE. The only way I can view the page is to copy the URL and blank out the javascript:jumpToWindow( then paste it into an IE window manually. IE is my default browser. There is not a spot in Outlook 2010 in the Trust Center to add anything either.
Please advise!
