I have a company email address on an MS Exchange server, I also have access to a shared mailbox on that server. When in the office I have no problem accessing either, but when I use OWA I can only get at my personal email account. I used to have to use IE on my old Vista laptop to access the shared mailbox. However, now I have a Mac my personal email is set-up in MacMail ok, but I cannot access the shared mailbox because it and my personal account share my user name and MacMail cannot handle this. I used to get round this by using IE, but am unable to get IE for my Mac. I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari but none of them have the option to open a second mailbox. In IE my name was shown in the menu bar and if I clicked on it I could select another mailbox to open, but none of the other browsers have this option either on a PC or a Mac.
Any ideas?
