Hello
We have a Windows 7 PC and Office 2007. The user installed Apple iTunes on it in order to backup his iPhone contacts with Outlook and Exchange. Now, when we setup or create a new Outlook profile on the PC to connect to our Exchange server, instead of asking for username and password, it asks for APNS certificate and PIN.
I have no idea what to do. I tried deleting the Outlook profile and creat a new one from scratch but no joy. I looked at the options in iTunes (that I could see) and found nothing I thought relevant. As far as I knew (and I don't know much about Apples), APNS is Apple's equivalent of ActiveSync and I cannot see how this would affect Outlook.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Nima
