We've just installed Exchange 2013 CU1 into our organisation running alongside Exchange 2010 SP3/Lync 2013. We have swapped over client access, all 2010 users are now accessing OWA/Active Sync/EWS/UM etc through Exchange 2013 CAS
All this works fine.
However, if we migrate a user from 2010 to 2013, OWA works fine, but Outlook 2010 or 2013 cannot connect to the mailbox. When setting up a profile outlook finds what appears to be the correct information but then when outlook starts we get the generic"Cannot open your default email folders" type error.
If we create a new user account, either directly on Exchange 2013 or on exchange 2010->migrated to 2013 Outlook connectivity is fine.
It seems to be something about migrating old accounts rather than the configuration of Outlook Anywhere.
The problem persists even if we delete roaming/local profiles.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
