We have a problem with Outlook dropping into offline mode and refusing to pick up new mail that appears in the OWA interface. It started yesterday at around 9am on a single machine and then affected another machine later in the day. This morning, a third one broke in exactly the same way and while the following fix:

worked on the first two, it hasn't worked on the third. We've changed nothing at our end to make it happen, the machines are running XP (yes we know, we'll be updating before the deadline) albeit fully updated and Office 2010 and with no
malware detected. Does anyone have a clue if there's anything going on at the server end at the mo, i.e. server addresses changing etc. and if so, is there some kind of DynDNS setup to save us from having to change server addresses.
