Exchange 2010 users migrated to 2013 cannot connect via outlook unless re-autodiscovered.

Scenario is as follows:

1. User is/has been configured in outlook for some time using a production Exchange 2010 SP3 server and can access outlook fine.

2. User's mailbox is migrated to Exchange 2013 mailbox database

3. User's OWA/Autodiscover A records are updated to reflect the new destination CAS server.

4. User gets a "you must restart outlook" popup once migration completes.

5. Once restarting outlook, am asked for password forever but entering the correct password.

As a test I have gone ahead and made a new outlook profile using the same account and it is able to find server information and connect just fine. If I close outlook and switch back to the original profile, the problem persists.

Very confusing, I hope this isn't working as intended :)

Note that this is using Outlook 2010
