In OWA I have connected to an external email account. I am receiving email from that account. But when sending a new email I cannot send as this external email account. The only option I have is the base OWA account. Also, when I receive email from the
external account and reply the response is from the base OWA account. I need to both be able to select new out-going mail from the external account and respond to incoming from the external account.
