I have done a lot of research on this topic, but cannot seem to find anyone with my exact problem:
I have a single user who has 2 accounts on his outlook. He has one account for his personal company email, and another with a secondary company name that he uses for correspondence dealing with that particular arm of our business. He can send out to any email on his first account, but the secondary business account cannot send to anyone, internal or external. When he tries to send an email out, even to an internal account it bounces back saying the message is undeliverable. Anyone have any ideas as to what could cause this? I am pretty new to administrating exchange servers, so let's operate on the assumption that I know almost nothing about this issue. like I said, I have done tons of research, trying to pinpoint someone else's solution to this problem, but it doesn't seem like anyone else has had this specific issue.
